getting a new mic

and also, im getting a new mic for making movies. ive narrowed it down to these 2, which would yall go with?

You can't really go wrong with anything from Sennheiser IMO. I used the MKE300 (along with a soundman recording to minidisc) on my short Ad Astra.

HOWEVER

The MKE300 uses a minijack (unbalanced audio = shorter cables) whereas I see the Azden uses XLR output (three pin balanced audio = long long long cables without perceptable noise creeping in).

In theory the Azden also captures a wider range of frequencies, particularly at the low end. Which is also where most of the handling noise is anyway, and the cut-off puts that to 200Hz which makes it about equal with the Sennheiser anyhow.

I'm not familiar with the Azden brand, but a "professional" microphone with XLR connectors would normally cost upwards of about $800 I would think (I bought a Sennheiser K6 and ME66 mic module for around ?600 just over a year ago).

I don't think you'd be disappointed with the Sennheiser, it doesn't pretend to be anything other than optimised for the "low end" videographer whereas I feel the Azden is pretending to be something else.

It's your choice but I'd resist the pretense of the Azden and get the Sennheiser.
